The Autumn Equinox occurs in September each year. In the Northern Hemisphere, the date marks the end of summer and beginning of autumn. Here are some ways to have a deeper connection with nature this autumn:
What does the Autumn Equinox mean spiritually?
Spiritually, the Autumn Equinox is known to some as Mabon. Mabon is a modern Pagan ritual that marks the autumnal equinox. Many who practice Paganism and modern witchcraft give thanks for a plentiful harvest. It is the second of the three Pagan harvest festivals, which include Lammas/Lughnasadh and Samhain.
